I want to say, Wow, Wow, no words can describe the new remote we have at Williams Arena for all four rooms. It's the best remote I have ever seen in my life!! This will make all the coaches, players, staff and everyone's life soooooo much easier. The company that did it, was the best I have ever seen. If they ever need any reference, they have a BIG one from me. I know we tried a few companies to get those remotes situation taken care of -- and it was just amazing how much that one remote can do, and how easy it is, and how efficient it is. There is no comparison between any other remotes I've seen in my life before ---- that new remote we have is way out of league --- I'm just in awe of it. That's the remote that every major company, corporation, should be having. The remote at Williams Arena is a ROLLS ROYCE and it fits exactly what any basketball/sports program should be having. We just wanted to let you know that we are extremely satisfied with your service and follow up, the systems themselves and very importantly, the employees that worked on the systems - David is very professional, helpful - as are all the others, but we were afraid if we list names, we will leave someone out! Your employees have great personalities, and this plays a major role in customer satisfaction! We had a few minor "fixes", primarily through the fault of other subs, and attention was given to them almost immediately. Your company was definitely one of the best to deal with during construction! Again, we are very satisfied customers and will use you again if the need arises. We will also recommend you highly to others!

P.S. Nathan (6yrs) really enjoyed the "guys", and Brenna (3yrs) still has a crush on them!
